Still decisions,
Thanks to fabulous contributions and messages in my facebook page, the topic around what equipment to take is still boiling in my head. It is great to see that film has so passionate defenders and I believe they are right. João and Nanã: I read you! I’ve decided to procrastinate a bit, postponing the decision some days while I try to do some sokoban (check it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sokoban) on the backpack trying some alternate configurations.
I’ve also took a peek at my closet and mentally picked the clothes I’m packing. Comfortable, multi-layer set of clothes. This time of the year temperatures are usually in the rage of 9º C ~ 25º C (base) and 8º C ~ 12º C (upper mountain). Wind and rain are also frequent in the area (a nice report can be found here http://www.myweather2.com/Hill-and-Mountain/Spain/Picos-De-Europa.aspx). With this scenario… layers are important with a final water proof protection. For the camera I also have an all-weather cover. This will do the trick and allow me to shoot in any conditions.
Today was a pretty packed day and I’m trying to store some sleep this week to compensate the lack of it next week. That sayd I’m checking in now and hope the night brings some smart decisions 🙂 (or any other sort will do…)
Cheers!
